Castle Douglas Golf Club

This is a well laid out 9 hole golf course on the outskirts of the town. The greens and tees are well cared for and are a pleasure to play on. This parkland layout has some very interesting holes, particularly the third, with its plateau green - very difficult to catch in regulation. A good test of golf for all types of golfer. Booking is advisable at the weekends. Golfing parties are accepted. On Tuesdays and Thursdays rounds must be finished by 1600.
