Finkenstein is a hospitable members club in the south of Austria close to Slovenian border. The Clubhouse is situated on top of a hill and has some very nice rooms to stay in. The reception was most hospitable here. This was text book and a great way to start the day. My first impression of facilities were not too great, as the parking seems rather small and the driving range is squeezed between two holes from the 9 holes course. We played the 18 holes course. It's quite amazing that on this mountain site they managed to built a golfcourse …
