Golf Club Du Lac D'Annecy

Played at the Golf du Lac d'Annecy now for the second time (first 9 holes). It is spectacularly situated in a nature preserve between Talloire and Menthon st.Bernard at the lake of Annecy. The layout and design forces you to navigate up and down the slopes of the holes both from the t-box and towards the greens. This does not only provide interesting challenges but stunning views as well! The holes are well designed and beautiful to play! Warming up at the driving range is a bit more of a basic experience (and no need to bring long clubs to the range). But who wants to stay there when you can play this beautiful course. You will be greeted by very hospitable hosts and club members all willing to help where needed. All in all a lovely course and one I at least will be looking forward to visit again

mooi terrein, goed onderhouden, wel veel hindernissen, lastig spelen zonder buggy. Fairways zeer ok alsook de greens.

Mooie baan met veel hoogteverschil. Bij sommige tees was het niet mogelijk normaal ‘op te teeën’ ivm rotsachtige ondergrond. Had een flight geboekt voor één, speelde uiteindelijk een 3-bal. De 2 aardige Franse heren kende de baan goed maar zij spraken geen engels en ik mondjesmaat Frans dus dat vond ik eerlijk gezegd wat jammer. Het is niet altijd even gemakkelijk een volgende de tee te vinden, de bewegwijzering kan echt beter. Er is beperkte (betaalde) parkeergelegenheid. Je kunt je greenfee achter de voorruit leggen en dan hoef je GEEN parkeergeld te betalen. Dit staat echter nergens. Buiten dan prachtige vergezichten over het meer en richting Mont Blanc

Playing it for the second time after 2 years. What a difference it was! Perfect fairways and greens. New cars with gps and distance to the flag! Perfect reception and restaurant. Challenging to play but beautiful!

Will absolutely be there again next year! Thanks for the hospitality!
