Abbekas Golf in Süd-Schweden ist ein gemütlich zu spielender Kurs mit meist breiten Fairway. Der Driver kann fast immer eingesetzt werden und lässt die Bahnen dadurch kürzer werden. Dafür muss die Annäherung perfekt sein, denn sonst rächen sich die ondulierten und zügigen Grüns. Die ersten Bahnen verlaufen praktisch auf einer großen Wiese, die zweiten 9 laufen zeitweise in einen kleinen Wald hinein und sind deutlich schöner. Der Platz ist gut gepflegt, der Empfang herzlich und wer möchte kann hier mit dem Wohnmobil stehen.

Golfbaan goed onderhouden met goed beschermde green je korte spel is hier er belangrijk en een mooie verloop in het maaipatroon.

Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant.

Camperplaats niet bijzonder.

Today I played on the Abbekäs golf course close to the coast. The 18-hole golf course is very spacious and certainly the first 9 holes are very good to play. At the second 9 holes, more water comes into play and the course is also a bit more hilly.

The most beautiful holes were especially in the second nine holes. Hole 12 (dogleg par 5) was a nice hole in terms of layout, just like holes 13 and 15 (at the apple orchard).

Unfortunately, I found the maintenance of the track very poor. The greens are good, but the fairways are sometimes very dry and not always covered with grass. This is due to the dry month of June, but in the meantime there has been enough rain in July and August that the track should have recovered better.

Furthermore, the clubhouse is reasonable, the staff more than friendly. Hole 19 not tested. In the end I expected a little more from the golf course.

Greenfees are 600 kronen (instead of 450).
