Bernardus Golf

In ein Word Fantastisch!! Ausstrahlung! Eleganz vom Clubhaus unschlagbar. Service: freundlich, Kompetenz, hilfsbereit Trotz der Hitze ist der Bahn unglaublich gut im Schuss. Das essen richtig gut. Die zwischen Verpflegung lässt nichts zu wünsche übrig und auch hier sitz man wunderbar. Das habe ich so noch nie gesehen. Ein echte 10 von 10

Absolutely everything is perfect here; every detail is taken care of and meticulously executed. It is pure enjoyment from start to finish, an experience you won't soon forget and will savor for a long time! Unfortunately, playing here isn't for everyone; I was the lucky one! It was a blast, but that was also thanks to the company!

Club house moderne est très beau. Jouer bernardus est une expérience golfique . En arrivant le practice est simplement peu etre ce qu'il se fait de mieux. Zone d'entraînement également . Ensuite le parcours est soigneusement préparé malgré la sécheresse. Les boisson/ sandwichs disponibles gratuitement durant le parcours au (half way house) . Café fruit rosé. Bref petit plus très agréable sand il fait chaud. Les vestiaires sont ultra modern . Avec un accès au spa. Terrasses et restaurants très bon . Un golf à faire au Pays bas . Merci a bientôt

One of the best golf experiences in continental Europe! I had the opportunity to play the Bernadus Golf Course in the run-up to the Solheim Cup. Admittedly, a 255-euro green fee for a “day membership” isn't exactly cheap, but you certainly get a lot in return. Next to unlimited golf, for example, unlimited (Titleist) balls are included on the driving range, which also comes with a bar section. At the starter’s desk you can stock up on sandwiches, fruit and drinks. The two (!) halfway houses along the course also offer free snacks, coffee, and other beverages. The course itself was in impeccable condition as one would expected from a Solheim Cup venue. The 18 holes have been challenging, yet fair. The clubhouse is as cozy as it is modern. After your round you are welcomed to also use the sauna, gym or hammam for relaxation! And when you run into friendly people everywhere you go, the decision to come back is already made!

The Course was an easy drive south from Amsterdam and the entrance was easy to find. The clubhouse looks modern and well designed, in keeping with the surrounding terrain. A stand out part of the experience was the hospitality from the staff. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The same could be said about the bar staff, waiters and everyone we encountered on the course. Golf facilities were the best I’ve experienced, changing rooms were immaculate and smelt amazing. They had a sauna, shared area with coffee and snacks, and lots of space to store anything not needed for the round. We were welcomed to the course by a friendly starter, who spoke at ease about the course and golf in general around Holland. Complimentary food and refreshments were offered at the start, 12 and 8, which included alcohol, coffee and great range of snacks. We played the course around a month before the Solheim cup so we knew to expect lots of activity, but it was still a quiet round all considered. Holes were fitting for a championship course and although it doesn’t have the undulation, the holes were both beautiful and challenging. Despite being really tough in places I only lost one ball in the water, so it was fun to play and you’re not spending lots of time finding stray shots. Course guide was detailed with pictures and numbers but would have been nice to have worded advice from the pro like I’ve seen at other clubs. We would love to go back and play off the normal tees, because understandably they were prepping these for the cup. After the round we stayed in the lodges, and these were unreal, felt like we were staying in a 5* hotel, and just a short walk from the clubhouse. The meal at Nami in the evening was great, lovely wine, amazing food and perfect service. The next day they offered us a tee time but we couldn’t squeeze it in, instead we made the most of the practice area and driving range. The chipping and short game area was kept to the same high standards of the course, and just wish we could have stayed a few more days. Truly a golfers haven, the Bernadus is a must for any euro golf trip.
