Great experience to visit this “Cruyff” course. The holes have immense variety, sloping all over the rolling terrain. The greens are very quick and have lots of break on them, so you’re likely to three putt a few of them. Some incredible holes include the par 5-15th zigzagging up towards a green which offers a vista of the forest. Would love to get another crack at this course.

We played this course during our golf holiday and had a great experience overall. The course was in good condition and offered a nice mix of holes, with some providing a real challenge. A standout was the “Johan Cruyff” par 3—memorable and enjoyable to play. While the practice facilities were somewhat limited, they were still sufficient for a warm-up. The hospitality was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff throughout our visit. It was a bit unfortunate that the restaurant was closed due to a public holiday in Spain, but that didn’t take away too much from the experience. Overall, it’s a fun and enjoyable course, complemented by a beautiful clubhouse building where the restaurant and facilities are located. Definitely worth a visit.

A Hidden Gem for Golfers of All Levels! This golf club is an absolute treat! Peaceful and uncrowded, it offers a relaxing yet engaging experience on the course. The layout presents a variety of challenges that keep things interesting, while still being accessible for higher handicap players. The greens were in excellent condition—smooth, well-maintained, and with subtle elevation changes that test your putting skills without becoming frustrating. One of the standout features is their great value golf-and-lunch package. For just €10 extra, you can enjoy a quality lunch between your front and back nine. It’s a perfect way to recharge before finishing your round. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm yet rewarding day on the course!

Heerlijke baan, goed onderhouden met relatief brede fairwyas en goede, snelle greens. Prachtige 1'ste hole. De 14é hole, een par 3 over water, heeft verwijzingen naar Johan Cruyff die veel op deze baan gespeeld heeft en in ieder geval bij de caddiemaster erg populair was. De oefenfaciliteiten zijn top. Wij hadden clubs gehuurd, prima clubs maar ik verbaas me altijd dat ze er dan niet een pitchfork en wat tees bij doen.

Golf course Montanya is former home course of my friend, so it was must for me to play when in area. Course is easily to reach with Google maps. Arriving to parking lot I was already impressed with clubhouse which is historical building overlooking the course from top of the hill. We quickly checking in small pro shop, with standard stock. Quick coffee and chat with manager before the game. I also overlooked the course from above with my drone just to take few pictures before game. Going to first tee, through locker rooms, just big enough for members and visitors. Opening shot might be scary over the lake, however decent drive will do it. Hole is very nice for opening hole. Green is guarded with nice pine tree in front. We reach the course after heavy rain, which is good since in past they struggled with water, and we were warn about it. Second hole is also nice par 3 with 2 level green. Next hole sharp dog leg left. Each hole is different bringing many time in play bunkers and trees. You can go for Tiger line or play smart. Course orientation is also quite easy not problem to find way to next hole. Front nine is slowly opening into more longer holes with wider fairways, with 9 par 5 finishing bellow clubhouse. Back nine, starts again with kind of scary shot over the lake, once again decent drive does the job. The walk now is more relaxing going down. Slowly taking us to signature hole number 14 dedicated to Johan Cruyff, former footballer of Barca who lived nearby and played there. After signature hole is quite long par 5 which is bring in us up to be soon on clubhouse level. Hole 16 is nice par 4 with need for accurate shot which can reward you during summer with nice length, its downhill slope. After 16 we are finishing with long par 3 and wide open last hole par 4, with green just next to clubhouse. Overall we had great day, course was in great condition for time of the year, despite few wet spots due the heavy rain. Greens were rolling nicely. This is the kind of course where I like to return, because I love design and surrounding. Do not forget to stop at restaurant, food was great.
