Gretna Golf Club

Gretna is a well designed and a well-kept nine-hole golf course and, as the standard scratch of 72 would suggest, it is a fairly good test of golf for all abilities. Parkland would best describe the course although it is set close to the Solway estuary with magnificent views across to Cumbria and the Lake District Hills. It may be a nine-holer, but this course isn't on the small side. Indeed, it rolls out to nearly 6, 500-yards and features two tough par fives. Plus, the course record of 71 should provide further insight to its challenge.
