About Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort
Argentario Golf Club features 18 panoramic holes in a protected natural area. The Orbetello Lagoon, the sea and the hillside create a microclimate that allows golf to be played at any time of the year. It was the host venue of the 2025 Italian Open (DP World Tour). The par 71 course celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. The golf course and the driving range, inaugurated in 2006, were designed by architect David Mezzacane and professional golfer Baldovino Dassù. Brian Jorgensen subsequently shaped the holes: the result is a varied, spectacular and technically challenging course. Among the 18 panoramic holes, two dominate the sea and the lagoon, one is immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, and another features water hazard running along one side of the green. A refreshing breeze mitigates the temperature and adds an extra challenge to the game, which, on this course, requires a combination of accuracy and power. This "PGA Golf Course Italy" has been awarded the "Agri Cert" certification for its bio eco-compatibility, and all products used for its maintenance are completely natural. The par 71 course celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. The course is part of Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort, an environmentally-friendly 5-star resort with design rooms, independent villas, a wellness center, and two Mediterranean restaurants. Part of Autograph Collection Hotels, it is nestled in a verdant valley near Porto Ercole, Southern Tuscany, only 90 minutes away from Rome International Airport.

Beautiful and well-maintained golf course that leaves a professional impression, nice and helpful staff, luxury golf carts with GPS tracking, magnificent views from the course towards the sea. Last but not least; a well stocked golf shop with many logo shirts etc. to choose from. 😉

Ging weer blij terug.

Fantastic experience at Argentario Golf Club. The course is beautifully designed, in excellent condition, and surrounded by stunning scenery. Challenging in all the right ways while still very enjoyable to play. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and high quality. Definitely a course I would love to play again.
