Golf Eichenheim

Op regenachtige middag toch maar doorgezet, e-card aanrader, veel hoogteverschillen en lange holes. Baan is super onderhouden, greens door regen lastig. Goede variatie in lengte en ligging met hoogteverschillen. Marshal aanwezig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Terecht dat Eichenheim hoog genoteerd is.

Wat een prachtbaan. Heerlijke baan om te spelen. Mooi groen, super onderhouden en prachtige en uitdagende holes in een zeer heuvelachtig landschap. Hole 1 begint uitdagend kort en daarna ga je de hoogteverschillen tegemoet. Hole 3, een prachtige lange hole de diepte en en daarna een par 3 met veel diepte. Zo gaat het maar door. De ene na de andere mooie hole. Aan het einde enkele par 5’s (16 en 17) en afsluitend speel je op hole 18 naar boven naar het clubhuis, het restaurant en hotel. Een aanrader (maar wel met buggy).

Sensationeller Golfplatz oberhalb von Kitzbühel. Die einzelnen Löcher sind sehr abwechslungsreich und teilweise sehr spektakulär, da oft große Höhenunterschiede bestehen. Der Pflegezustand des Platzes war eine 10 von 10, besser gehts nicht. Ein Cart ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wenn man was bemängeln möchte, ist es die zu kurze Driving Range (Schläge bis max 190m möglich), bei der lediglich Mattenabschläge geöffnet waren.

Had a great experience visiting golfclub Eichenheim when on holiday. One of the most beautiful golfcourses I have played, with amazing views, height differences, difficult holes and most of all great course conditions. The fairways and greens were in amazing state. Afternoon (sundown) tee time prices are a great way to invite new players to play a round at a club and Eichenheim offers those. The only downside of my experience was the price of the rental clubs, which would improve the grade from a 9 to a 10. 50€ for one set of rental clubs is a a bit steep, even though the set was fairly new (Titleist T300 irons with GT2 driver, fairway woods and hybrid).

Beautiful scenery, perfect fairways and greens, a must-do when you’re in the neighbourhood.
