Thanya Golf Club

The course is located in the outskirts of Bangkok. It has a fair price/ quality ratio. 850 THB for a round plus the additional caddy fee (and cart if you like). There is a driving range, but for some reason it only opens at 3pm. Since it was not too hot I decided to walk instead of taking a buggy. Although there are a fair number of bunkers and water hazards, the course is not too hard to play. Most fairways have enough room, the holes are not too long, relatively easy par3’s and the greens are rather slow. The course is fun to play, it’s not one of Thailand’s top courses you’d include in a golf trip, but worthwhile trying if you’re just looking for an easy round of golf in the Bangkok area.
