Sparren Golfklubb

Sparren GK is a pretty fun course when you have a good day from the tee. If it’s windy and the driver is cold it will be a challenge. Most of the fairways are quite narrow and many holes are blind which puts a fair amount off pressure from tee.

The last three holes open up down beside the lake and you can finally unleash your driver.

Normally Sparren have got very nice and fast greens, but this season it seems like the winter was tough on them. Teeboxes and fairways are very good. It is a true risk and reward course, but if you risk too much it will cost you a few balls (bring extra).

It’s located out on the countryside and if you want to stay and enjoy some food and beers there are cabins to rent just by the clubhouse.

The greenfee is fair and the club/course is well worth a visit.

Sparren GK have three open holes where you can blast your driver. All the other ones are tightish forrest holes allthough they jave cut down a lot of trees since last time I played it still gives you a feeling of being super tight!

Greens are small but they were hard and fast which is how greens should be. Bunkers were ok and tees/fairways too.

Bring a few extra balls and you’ll enjoy yourself!

En bättre vägvisning till ställplatserna skulle underlätta att hitta då det är mörkt. Inte sannolikt att vi skulle kört upp på gräsytan då det är så sankt i marken.

För många skymda hål. Annars var banan fin.

Bra hastighet på greenerna men problem att vissa flaggor var placerade i lutning. Mkt dåligt med sand i vissa bunkrar. Flera dolda hål.
