Just had a stop near the Chiemsee in the south of Bayern, and yes in stead of sailing we also say a 9 holes golfcourse which we should know more about. It measured 2600 meters but still 2 par 5, s and some short par 4, s. The course was good maintained and lots of people using the driving range and practice facilities. The terrain was not that hilly but sloping and undulations enough. The greens were fine and not that easy. Just a nice and tiny 9 hole round with views to the surrounding woods to the Alpine. Food and drinks no problem and fine service.
