Ontvangst vriendelijk, uitleg van de baan prima, zeer vriendelijke jongeman. Prachtige wisselende holes, enkele tees liepen minder. Zeker aan te bevelen, alles mooi groen, met Buggy wel opletten waar je rijdt en ook meerdere keren passeer je de wegen. Kom hier zeker terug als ik wat n de buurt ben.

Vandaag Pinhal. Ik zal met de positieve zaken beginnen. De lay-out van de baan is prima, veel afwisseling tussen de holes. Aardig wat lange par 4 holes, vragen om een lange afslag maar de vele pijnbomen maken dat je voorzichtig moet spelen. Op sommige holes is de ruimte voor de afslag wel erg nauw. I've played this golf course a few times and it seems to be at its best in the summer months. Campo tutto dogleg e pini... green di cristallo... bunkers perfetti... peccato i flights di stranieri in passeggiata che rendono il gioco estremamente lento.

Mooie baan, greens goed onderhouden…! Fairways hier en daar smal: goed mikken dus…of toch un ijzer…? Lekker pilsje in restaurant…!

I played here in the 2022 at the beginning of December two times including a round at XXXIV Vilamoura Grand Trophy. Actually it was my first time here and my impression was that to play a good round here is not a big deal. Really course is not so easy as it looks at the first few holes. Ein netter gepflegterer Platz, kein Marshal am Platz Bei vollem Betrieb (nur 4ball) trotzdem eine flotte Runde gespielt. Die Anlage ist sicher kein Highlight, aber preiswert und spielt sich angenehm, kann man jederzeit empfehlen.

Ruime en open baan. Wel langere afstand tussen holes, maar daarvoor een handycart. Receptie is niet bereid terug te boeken van 18 naar 9 holes. Vanwege late starttijd 14.30u en verplichting met 4 flight genoten te spelen! Wat kan leading courses hier nog aan doen mbt refund?

Een van de mooiere banen rondom Villamoura in de Algarve en zeker de moeite waard.

Parcours intéressant dans une localisation superbe. On est jamais déçu avec les golfs Dom Pedro: cher mais c'est du très haut niveau. This was one of the cheapest courses in the area and I had been advised by somebody who used to live on the Algarve that it was not a particuaraly good course. I was very pleasantly suprised and thoroughly enjoyed the round. It's a bit scruffy around the edges. Cart paths are really bad, sign posts old and tatty etc but the actual course was very good. Vandaag Pinhal gespeeld. Er is niet veel veranderd sinds ons laatste bezoek. Zoals bijna alle Dom Pedro banen is ook Pinhal in verval. De fairways en (kleine) greens zijn oké. Veel tees zijn aan renovatie toe net als de buggy paden. Ook andere voorzieningen zoals Parking en clubhuis zijn in slechte staat. A lovely experience, playing this one of five Dom Pedro Group run golfcourse. Most holes are pretty lengthy, the best defence of this course as there is not too much water in play. Pinhal in Vilamoura is duidelijk een wat gedateerde golfbaan in de Algarve. Oud clubhuis met douches die het niet (goed) doen en inrichting is ook aan een opfrisser toe. De baan is zeer goed onderhouden en wordt gekenmerkt door de vele pino's die soms echt niet op de juiste plaatsen staan. Guter Zustand und Pflege. Carts ohne GPS. Die ersten 9 deutlich schöner gestaltet, die zweiten langweilig. Greenfee deutlich zu teuer (€120 pp ohne Buggy) für das Angebot.

Baan is perfect te spelen zonder buggie. Vanuit Hilton Vilamoura gewoon de straat oversteken.

Overall good impression, but after winter needs some maintenance to come to the standard. Unluckily the day I played the course, it was raining... probably better when there is Sun in the area.

parcours très agréable, pas trop difficile, fairways larges, l'entretien est très bon. ce n'est pas le plus challenge des golfs dom pedro mais il est jouable par tous à un prix doux. J'ai bien aimé cette journée de mise en route du séjour golfique.

In tegenstelling tot oktober 2020 erg druk en ook was het onderhoud ten opzichte van vorig jaar iets minder. Dit komt ongetwijfeld door de vele golfers in de baan waardoor er bijvoorbeeld op de afslagplaatsen veel uitgeslagen plaggen waren die nog niet hersteld waren.
