Machynys - Monk's Island

Wales' first Nicklaus-designed golf course, a challenging 7,100 yard par-72, shows maturity way beyond its fledgling season. Golf World were not the only ones to be impressed by its splendour. The Machynys course, set in the Millennium Coastal Park in Llanelli and overlooking Carmarthen Bay, has already hosted the Ladies European Tour for the Wales Ladies Championship of Europe.
