El Campanario Golf Donkeygolf was hier op 18 april 2024!
Het begint met een van de mooiste entree’s: Houten bruggetje, prachtige bloemen en ‘n fontein. Zitten we wel goed voor de par 3 negen holes? Eenmaal binnen links ‘n balie waar niets aan golf doet denken. Tis hier dan ook een sports center met van alles en nog wat tot en met een hairdresser aan toe. De cataloguswaarde van de auto’s op de parking duidt op het hogere segment.
Voor € 20 mag ik ‘n rondje golfen, als ik nog zin heb mag ik nog verder spelen. Ik ben namelijk de enige golfer, wat een luxe. Buiten staat ‘n ballenmachine die op € en tokens ballen spuwt. De DR is klein en heeft netten aan alle kanten, alleen bruikbaar om ‘n beetje warm te slaan. Rechts van TEE1 kun je nog putten.
Het ziet er allemaal goed verzorgt uit, prachtig gras op de TEE, fairway en green. Dus niet afslaan van ‘n matje. Palmbomen, prachtig in bloei staande struiken, ‘n beekje mét water maken het geheel af. Na hole 1 ‘n weggetje over; dat mag je straks nog ‘n paar keer doen.
De bouwlust kent aan de Costa del Sol geen grenzen, zo ook hier. De 44 in aanbouw zijnde eenheden zijn Golf-villa’s en moeten dus meer opbrengen dan gewone…
De bal op de juiste plek laten landen maakt het verschil tussen par en beter of balletje verdwenen in de beek. Hole 6 heb ik gespeeld met alle ballen die ik in de tas kon vinden. Links precies op het juiste heuveltje proberen te laten landen en dan kalm de green op laten rollen richting de vlag. Na hole 6 de weg over, bruggetje rechts naar achteren lopen voor TEE 7.
Donkey vond het wel relax zo alleen op de golfbaan, nou ja, met z’n tweeën dan.

El Campanario Golf Leuke par drie baan met holes tussen 52 en 95 meter. Prima om het korte spel te oefenen. Het onderhoud van de baan is dramatisch slecht. In de afgelopen weken meerdere keren gespeeld, de holes nog steeds op dezelfde plekken gestoken! Met regelmaat wordt hier ook footgolf gespeeld en is de baan gesloten voor golfers.

El Campanario Golf 9 korte holes meeste rond de 65-70 meter
Goed om het korte spel te oefenen.
Baan is niet zo verzorgd.
