a brand new golfcourse when you look at the surroundings, the cabins, the restaurant and the reception. Lovely drivingrange facillities, the biggest practice green in the world, but most of all the best fairways and greens I've ever seen. I'm not the most experienced golfplayer in the world and play only in Europe. Mainly the Netherlands where everything is completely different. Slower greens en wetter and harder to play fairways. So Te Arai, Southcourse, was a wonderfull experience. I had rented gear and one of the clubs was broken unfortunatly. After I reported this the direction of the club inmediatly offert me to refund the rent. Top class reaction I should think. It was not the best round I've played but it was worth it, every penny.

Fun, extremely well conditioned modern links design... plenty of challenge created by Doak and his team, in a special dune complex.

The golf course is amazingly beautiful and scenic. It is quite playable with wide fairways, moderate length from the white tees, extremely fair putting surfaces. Wind was not blowing too hard on the days, conditions were perfect.

Everything is done to enhance the golfer experience and staff is great.

The huge and hilly putting green is fun, Ric’s barn has a good vibe and food is very good.

The only downside I see is the price of the green fee…and a bit disappointing not to offer a junior rate (i played with my 14 yo).

Very satisfying all round experience, with outstanding location, design and conditionning.
