In our holiday in WA we wanted to play a round of golf. A cab brought us here and it was a great experience. Beaut greens, challenging holes. We rented one golf set, bought some balls and got a discount because of the 'sunset' start. Had a lovely round, dinner afterwards with a few beers at the marvellous restaurant. Facility looked wonderfull and very new.

This is a very busy golf complex in Perth. Saying that the Old course is normally in very good condition. The old course is a favourite of mine, not because it is the best I have ever played, mainly because I have lots of good memories playing it hundreds of times with good friends. It is a fair test, with lots of trees, however you can always find your ball and at worst play out sideways. The course is very fair, it will reward good shots and likewise punish ones that are not straight. The greens are generally always in good condition. The Tuart is in my opinion not as good, although it has a similar layout. It's just a personal thing. Play always seems slower as well.

Wembley is one of the best public courses in Perth. The outstanding facilities that include the range (with a view!), chipping area, and putting green are great for someone who wants to learn how to play golf or just to have a good practice and warm up for the round. There is a new mini putt-putt for groups and families who want to have a bit of fun without playing the full 18. The new café and bar is just awesome. Really good food and the atmosphere is relaxed without having too much of a dress code and very family friendly. There is also a play area for the kids too.

Both courses are good fun to play. The conditions aren't always in best shape because there are just so many people playing every day and it's difficult to keep in top shape all year round.

Overall, a fun day out!
