mixed feelings about a course that is quite frustrating to play and depends on the conditions you find. In general whenever I have played it - wet and cold spring to mind. This day was no different. The damp air in the valley does not help ball carry distances and too many of the holes were not really reachable in 2 unless you are hitting 240 off the tee - which into wind was not realistic. Greens are good and challenging - but any heavy rain for more than 30 minutes and they start to flood. (a la Ryder cup!) The facilities and staff hospitality however are exceptional - especially the concierge - which was very well managed.
