Worplesdon is a really good surrey heathland golf course with a charming clubhouse. Lots of major improvements have been made over the past few years which have not taken away any of its 100 year-old charm. It is 6400 yards off the whites which is a good test for all golfers. Worplesdon is a fantastic golfing experience. The variety of holes and condition of the course makes it more than comparable with the other high-end healthland courses in the area. Whilst the club has it's traditions, the members make all visitors feel extremely welcome. If you've got time for food, make sure you have the breakfast bap!

Worplesdon was designed by Abercrombie and Willy Park junior. It's on of the many great hidden gems of Surrey. It has a little more attention because it's one of the 3W's together with nearby Woking and West Hill. Played two out of the three W's in Surrey. There is constant discussion on which one is the best but I can only join the discussion if I come back to play the remaining one (Woking). een typische Surrey 'heathland' golf course. Gelegen tussen de A3 en de M3. Onbekend bij velen, maar zeker de moeite waard. Prachtig onderhouden en supersnelle greens. (ook in de winter). In my opinion the best of the 3W's (although I played Woking a couple of years ago so it's not fresh in my mind...). Impressive elevated first tee next to the clubhouse. Great layout in general.
