About Golfbaan Kralingen
Golf in an extraordinary setting!
Golf Course Kralingen is situated right next to the Kralingse Bos (wooded park) right in the centre of Rotterdam. All golfers – junior and senior - are more than welcome at our course, which is one of the eldest 9-hole golf courses in de the country. Reservation are not necessary, we use a spiral golf bal starter rack. The course is within easy reach by car, bicycle or public transport. We offer some attractive opportunities to take classes or to practice your swing on the driving range. The monumental clubhouse has a fine restaurant. Golf Course Kralingen is the home course of the Golfclub Kralingen which was founded in 1982.

Golfbaan Kralingen is een openbare golfbaan met diverse speelrecht mogelijkheden. U kunt een jaarkaart alle dagen, weekdagen of weekend dagen aanschaffen. Als gezin kunt u een family card aanschaffen. Daarmee kunnen alle gezinsleden spelen die op hetzelfde adres wonen. Voorts bestaat de mogelijkheid om lid te worden van de Golfclub Kralingen.

Ik heb het niet vaak, maar dit is één van de weinige banen waar ik niet snel een tweede rondje zat lopen. De baan is heel smal en dat is niet mijn ding. Kale plekken op de fairways maken goed contact ook nog eens lastig. Driving range met een beperkt aantal plaatsen en een mini clubhuis. Heel rustig is de baan ook niet door de naastgelegen weg. De Golfbaan Kralingen stond al een tijdje op het wensenlijstje. Ik ben er de afgelopen jaren vaak genoeg langsgereden.

Wat een moeilijke par 3 en 4 baan! Smalle (soms kale en harde) fairways, bomen en water maken deze baan uitdagend. Greens zijn zeer snel en lastig te lezen. Ik kan me voorstellen, als je in de buurt woont dat je daar gaat spelen, moet je van verder komen zou ik een andere baan kiezen.
