Very good golf resort with 3 very nice 18-hole golf courses. Each course has a different character. Campo Europa: The most difficult course on the resort. This spectacular course is seriously challenging. Very technical. If you’re a beginner: don’t even think about it! Narrow fairways. Very big height differences. They even have special petrol powered buggies for this course because the normal electric buggies are not powerful enough to climb through the course. Loads of bunkers. Blind shots. The fairways have big bumps so your ball can get some interesting lies. Ravines everywhere. If you miss the fairway, you can be sure your ball is gone (so bring enough of balls). Large greens with a lot of undulations. So a long putt with a double break is not uncommon. Great views though! And very peaceful. Campo Asia: The most playable course on the resort. It is not as long as the other two courses and it is more forgiving. I would even call it a ‘feel-good-course’. If Europa gets the label ‘challenging’, Asia gets the label ‘fun’. Don’t get me wrong here. This not an easy golf course. There are many bunkers, elevated greens and a few blind shots. It even has some spectacular holes. Even though it also goes up and down, the height differences never get crazy like on the Europa course. As opposed to the other two courses, this course is surrounded by apartment buildings. They’re still building more and this caused some noise. Campo America: This course has the peace and great views of campo Europa without being crazy difficult. And it is more playable and enjoyable like campo Asia without the surrounding of apartment buildings everywhere. The 1st hole on this course is already amazing. You tee off (men’s tee) from way above the wide fairway. I love shots like that. It seems like your ball just keeps on flying! The first few holes are pleasant and a good warm-up for the hard that follows on the next holes. I really loved this golf course. It is my favorite of the three. Pro: -3 very good golf courses with each a different character. -Well-maintained. Good greens. Good fairways. -Spectacular holes. -Great views. -Good paths for the buggies. -Good signs with layout of the holes. -Good signs how the find the next hole. -Nice shop with plenty of gear. -Changing rooms with sauna! -Nice clubhouse with decent food and lovely patio. Con: -The bunkers are filled with some kind of very small rocks. They don’t have sand. -Some noise hinder from construction sites. -The petrol buggies have seen better days. -No club cleaning facilities (very strange for a club of this size). -They add players to your flight to create four-balls. So you could end up playing with people you don’t want to play with. On the other hand you could also meet new people and perhaps start a new everlasting friendship.
