Review by Skussle of Vale do Lobo

The whole resort is perfectly suited for a couple of days of golf vacation. There is shuttle transfers from the accommodation to the course and the overall service is very professional and kind. Both courses are really nice and well maintained. Playing the stunning signature hole on the Royal Course over the cliffs is a real highlight, for me though I equally loved the seaside holes of the Ocean Course, the setting is just amazing. Besides of those outstanding holes, the course offers a good mixture of differences in elevation, tight to wide fairways and water hazards. If you tend to play curve balls, you can easily find yourself stuck in the pine trees, which are guiding most of the holes. The overall quality is on a very high standard, the greens are above average. There are little Kiosk like Carts around the course offering beverages and Snacks. Good recommendation for Travelling there early in the year (before March), since you get great value offers with playing as much golf as you like including Carts as well.
