MINTHIS Golf Club Cyprus

I played Minthis for the second time after first visiting last year. The course is in good condition and the setting in the hills is still one of its strongest points. The layout is enjoyable, although a few holes feel a bit similar and it doesn’t quite stand out compared with some other courses in Cyprus. The clubhouse and practice facilities are very good, and the overall experience is relaxed. A solid course that is worth playing if you’re in the area

Played Minthis during our trip to Cyprus. The course has a nice layout and some great views, but overall I found it quite average. The condition was fine, although a few areas could have been better. The clubhouse and facilities are very good, and the staff were friendly. A pleasant round, but not one of my favourites on the island.

Came back to Cyprus after last year and played Minthis again. The golf course itself is fairly average, but the resort facilities and clubhouse are excellent. The setting is very nice and the overall experience is pleasant, even if the course did not feel as memorable as others in the area.

Minthis Golf is a scenic and enjoyable course set in the hills above Paphos. The front nine is pleasant, but the back nine is where the layout becomes much more interesting, with wider views and several memorable holes. My favourites were the panoramic 10th, the risk-and-reward 14th and especially the par-3 15th, played to an island green. The 18th is a strong and demanding finishing hole. A well-maintained course with plenty of variety and one of the most distinctive settings in Cyprus.

Played Minthis recently and it’s a different feel to most courses here. Bit more up in the hills, cooler, and you notice it straight away. Layout is interesting, quite a few elevation changes and some holes you have to think a bit rather than just hit driver. Greens were very good when I played, probably the highlight. Fairways a bit mixed in places but nothing that ruins it. It’s not the longest course but it doesn’t feel easy. Clubhouse area is really well done now, good spot to sit after. Overall, a course I’d go back to, a bit different to the usual resort golf in Cyprus.
