The Durbuy GC is a hilly course but what can you expect in the Ardennes. The par 72 course with a length of nearly 6000 meters (yellow 5600) is a very hilly course and surrounded by forest with spectacular views. The clubhouse is a bit old fashioned but golf more important. A golfcart is a must because of the hilly terrain. But a pity that you are not allowed on the fairway, much time is lost by walking up and down for the correct club. Therefore flights spending nearly 5 hours on the course and that is too long. It start hole 1 going done the hill but the narrow fairway is difficult to stay on, so you find your ball, if lucky, near the trees. An interesting course but not really a place for a golf course to make a decent score. More enjoyable for Nature and forest lovers.
