WGC is slowly but steadily climbing up the ranks of the best golf courses in Poland. Course was v well maintained with lush fairways, well-cut semirough and bunkers of comparable weight & amount of sand. Greens play much faster than they seem. Probably the quickest greens of Poland this season, you need to hit the practice green to master the speed of surface on the course. Team at WGC puts a lot of work to maintain greens at proper standard. Some tee boxes had a lot of divots but they were quickly filled with sand by the greenkeepers. Water hazard between holes #2 & #6 is out of water, filled with hardening mud, you have have a chance to play from there is you miss par 3 #6 green top the right. Signature hole is pa5 17th which boasts both sand and concrete bunkers, the former are remains of a former military training ground.

Club house was closed despite the tournament day. This possibly had to do with fact that the tournament was reshedulled from late Sep to late Oct due to floodings in the Lower Silesia region. Floodings did not reach the golf course and it is very well maintained for this time of the year including both juicy-grass fairways and fast, dead-flat, yet receptive greens. Putting was tough with several fake breaks near pins. For long-hitters course could be fairly easy with lack of OOB, a number of wide fairways and moderate rough. Unless you hit it into the clusters of trees and shrubs....

Coming back after one year to review course and see changes under the new ownership.
For all the new comers the size of the parking lot and whole property must be exciting. Its nice big project, like it very much there.
I had quick and pleasant check in with receptionist, which were the highlight of my game. They are moved to new location close to putting green and driving, place called Grill House, because there is also restaurant.
After the quick putting session I start the game. From first tee I had feeling that quality is going slightly down. Tee boxes were not cut and some of them were showing a bit wear off, not sure if they were not moved for some time or I do not know.
Nevertheless greens were soft and fast enough for weekday game. I like the variety for this course. Interesting shots with nice landscaping. Its classic park design.
Greenfee is very affordable.
As all the Polish courses, also this one is not crowded during the weekday, so I suggest to everyone visit and see the hospitality and place of Polish golf ambassador Adam Meronk.

I visited this course to validate my Golfhaftet card and see how it works. I'm glad it brought me there. I have to admit very impressive investment and I see much money spent, but I will start with few coins. Logo balls, why I have to buy whole sleeve if I want only one for my collection, no birdie book/stroke saver. Hole maps located on trash bins, but ok. Missing accommodation on course. Now to good things. Course has everything what you ask for big training areas, big clubhouse, big parking lot, big proshop, all is big there. Also a big numbers on hole 1 and 10, its good for orientation. Course is not easy to play you need to be accurate and long, so do not come when windy, oh wait, here its almost always windy. I played in October so do not want to judge the quality much, however greens were in poor conditions and I cannot imagine that they were better during summer, so many bad spots, also bunkers were not raked. Greens are big with not many difficult breaks easy to read. Fairways are wide and easy to keep ball on, could be a juicier. The level of maintenance looks good and I saw there is a probably a rich owner or great sponsor (guessing by the name :D), since the machinery look new. Design is just typical for this area, flat, undulated fairways with heavy roughs, looks perfect in autumn colors. Once again I liked better back nine than front nine. Signature holes for me I would say holes number 14,15,16. Obviously on this course dogs are not allowed. Price/performance ratio with Golfhaftet card is good. Restaurant offers good variety of meals with very affordable prices. Will definitely come back.
