About Golf Club Ca' Amata
The golf course of Golf Club Ca'Amata is set within the park surrounding the Villa Ca’ Amata, one of the finest example of 18th century venetian architecture. Particular care has been taken in the choice of vegetation and plants complementing the villa. Due to the great amount of water available, a lake and canal system was created that highlights eleven of the eighteen playing holes. These lakes and canals incorporate beautiful landscaping elements such as low walls, small bridges and cascades typical of the loveliest and most romantic parks, which create absolutely spectacular surroundings. The elegant club house is situated in an old farmhouse by the side of the Villa Rizzetti Ca’ Amata, a stunning venetian villa dating back to 1711. The restaurant is open every day for members and guests who wish to try delicious dishes from the traditional Veneto cuisine.

Ca Amata CastelfrancoUn percorso dal disegno stupendo, dove si percepisce in modo netto il genio e lo zampino di Arnold Palmer: non c'è una singola buca banale e ogni tracciato è completamente diverso dall'altro, offrendo varietà e grande fascino strategico. Purtroppo, la manutenzione è da rivedere, in particolare per quanto riguarda la cura dei green e la gestione dei bunker, che attualmente non rendono piena giustizia al layout. I soci con cui ho giocato mi hanno tuttavia riferito che il circolo è stato rilevato da poco da un imprenditore intenzionato a investirci in maniera importante: le premesse per riportare questo splendido campo ai massimi livelli ci sono tutte!

Ca Amata CastelfrancoAcqua da tutte le parti, buche corte e tecniche che si alternano con diversi bastoni da giocare sui tee shot: a Ca Amata il divertimento è assicurato. Un percorso super divertente, davvero challenging. Accoglienza in segreteria super, manutenzione spettacolare anche ad agosto e bel campo pratica anche se non grandissimo. Clubhouse piccola ma con un suo stile, buono il ristorante.

Ca Amata CastelfrancoDe ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, omdat wij voor het eerst gast waren ontving ik een golfbal met het logo van de club.
Het is een vriendelijke parkbaan met, zeker voor Italiaanse begrippen, veel waterpartijen.
De baan is waarschijnlijk onlangs opnieuw ingezaaid, daardoor 'strepen' met nieuw gras op de fairways. Er werd onderhoud gepleegd op hole 5, een fors gedeelte van de green werd eraf geschraapt door greenkeepers, dit hadden wij graag van te voren geweten..
De tee boxen zijn nogal beschadigd, daarentegen zijn de greens (op hole 5 na) redelijk op orde. Stel je niet teveel voor bij het clubhuis / restaurant, men kan slechts (kleffe)broodjes en koffie bestellen. De baan heeft haar naam te danken aan een enorme villa aan de rand.
Al met al een vriendelijke baan, niet al te ingewikkeld en leuk om er een keer gespeeld te hebben.
