Great course and the biggest advantage of it being in the city. At the same time disadvantage too, because one neighbourhood house temporarily killed one of the only two par5s by complaining about the ocassional wayward drives. Being confined within strict limits it already have been par70 and now par69. Otherwise, the course is maintained to a very high standard, perfect greens, many with slopes, excellent bunkers, lush fairways and almost no rough. The best holes in my view are the starting four which are reminiscent of links. the rest are of proper parkland type. The clubhouse is in great shape with wonderful views from the restaurant around the perimeter.

Trevlig layout, vacker utsikt med breda fairways, bra klipta ytor. Många enrisbuskar runt vissa hål annars är tjock ruffen inget att prata om. Bra bemötande i klubbhuset fick en att känna sig väl välkommen till klubben. Kiosk efter nio var inget vi upplevde att det fanns. Första fyra hålen när man spelar närmast vattnet var utmärkta, sedan blir banan med kuperad och kräver lite mer av en.

Skyltningen var svår att se vid en del tillfällen.

Nous avons joué avec des charriots électriques sans problème.

L’accueil est toujours charmant comme partout en Irlande.

Eigentlich war der Galway bay golf resorts geplant. Bin irrtümlich (GPS) hier gelandet. Aber das Team hat mir es ermöglicht zu spielen obwohl es voll war. Ab der 10 gestartet. Sehr schöner Parkland Kurs.
