Parkland très bien dessiné, trous variés et techniques, dommage que l'entretien laisse parfois a désirer, certains départs sont pelés, trop de fairways très secs voire sans herbe, est-ce dû à une période de sécheresse? Les greens sont réceptifs sans être très rapides, green fee à 12€, bon accueil au proshop et halfway. A rejouer à la belle saison.

This course unfortunately had a lot of rain on the day we played. The course is well laid out with some tough holes, the price is reasonable for the area and course, greens are fast, unfortunately sometimes not true so putting on some holes are a mystery. all in all a great test on the day and I will recommend the course any day.

When in Jo-burg and want to play an "old English Golfcourse" think about Germiston in the East side of the town. Built in 1897 so about 120 years old and there is real a substantial number of English traditions. The green-fee should not be an issue and the course has been upgraded over the years and still in good condition. Large clubhouse with friendly staff and views on the course and the putting green. The course itself is a good test of your golf skills, especially the par 3's and some par 4's are not easy holes. Small greens make it difficult to keep your ball on the green and therefore your pitching/chipping game is tested over the 18 holes. Further ensure you have enough balls as the beautiful Victoria Lake is often in play and take some of them if not careful. However after a beer/snacks after your game you forget these lost balls easy. Very recommendable round of golf.
