Walvis Bay Golf Course

It was a fantastic experience - so don't expect a normal golf course - Walvis Bay is something different. YOU are playing in the namib desert golf, so only tee boxes and greens are "green" - the rest is desert BUT you still have some bunkers, means inside the bunker is more normal and softer sand. Fairways are more hard and balls are rolling a mile. Teetime wasn't a problem as only some flights are on the course. We were walking the course and the found some trolleys to rent. We had a lot of fun, playing that course and after the round we had a nice drink at the local bar before heading back to the cruise ship. BTW for those who are interested it is only 10 minutes away from the port.
